Making

How the House creates.

This page documents process, not promise.

Pashmara Maison is a sovereign cultural house. Material is an expression of the house, not its identity.

Material

Undyed baby cashmere.
Left as nature intended.

Sourced for fineness, integrity, and traceability. Selected not for yield, but for restraint.

No dyes. No blends. No shortcuts.

Hands

Each piece is woven on traditional handlooms,
operated by human hands.
Not automated. Not optimized.

Craft is preserved through practice —
by artisans whose knowledge cannot be scaled.

Time is not compressed.
Skill is not replaced.

Process

We work in limited sequences.
Each artifact is woven, finished, and reviewed individually.

Nothing is added for spectacle.
Nothing is removed for efficiency.

If a piece does not meet the standard,
it does not leave the House.

Integrity

Genesis is limited by design.
Not for scarcity — but for truth.

No future release repeats this work.
What is made is recorded.
What is recorded is protected.

Creation is bound by a covenant.
